Frequently Asked Questions

Answers Before You Call.

A few of the questions we hear most about decorative concrete, polyaspartic coatings and concrete care. Polyaspartic is our high-performance upgrade over traditional epoxy.

What areas do you serve?

+

We proudly serve Burlington, Camden, Ocean, Mercer and Atlantic counties in New Jersey, plus Bucks County and Philadelphia, PA.

How long does resurfacing take?

+

Most projects finish within a few days, depending on size and weather conditions.

Are your coatings durable?

+

Yes — our premium coatings are designed to withstand heavy use and harsh weather.

Do you offer free estimates?

+

Absolutely. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all projects. Call us at (856) 210-3615, email service@sigsurface.com, or fill out the form on our Contact page.

Can you repair cracked concrete?

+

Yes — we specialize in concrete repair to restore both function and beauty before any resurfacing or coating goes down.

What is decorative concrete?

+

Decorative concrete can mean several things. It can be an epoxy poured over the concrete, an overlay (a modified grout material) that goes on top of existing concrete, or a stain applied directly to the concrete. Decorative concrete offers many designs and can be finished to resemble anything from wood floors to bricks, flagstone or slate.

What are the benefits of decorative concrete?

+

Decorative concrete offers improved aesthetics, increased durability, exceptional strength, lower maintenance, weather resistance, and the ability to mimic more expensive materials like stone or brick. Concrete can conform to any shape and typically outlasts traditional materials.

How long does a decorative concrete project take?

+

The average project takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days depending on the type of decorative concrete you choose, the condition of your existing surface and the size of the application area. Weather can also affect the timeline.

How often should my concrete be resealed?

+

For acrylic sealants, we recommend resealing once a year — or at least once every two years. For polyurethane sealants, once every 3 to 4 years is typical.

Do you work on residential and commercial projects?

+

Yes. Signature Surface Solutions serves both residential and commercial clients across South & Central New Jersey — Burlington, Camden, Ocean, Mercer and Atlantic counties — plus Bucks County and Philadelphia, PA.
